Orient Express Day trip insurance

Hi

We are taking one of the Orient Express day trips later in the year & we are struggling to find some cancellation insurance.

My husband has a medical condtion which doesn't affect him day to day but had a habit of cropping up when you least need it so cancellation insurance is vital considering the cost of the day.

VSOE has recommended one company who are happy to supply the insurance but for a premium of £54.

I can buy a annual policy for that!!

Does anyone know of any other companies I can try?
