Probably the one thing I wouldn't do with it is brownies, but I grew up eating American brownies and am old and set in my ways so would fully believe that any deviation from my tried and true cocoa based recipe would be wrong:rotfl: Clearly, there is something wrong with me as I would turn down perfectly good baked goods.;)
Sorry to change the original post - have you a recipe please? I have just searched the tinterwebs and there are almost too many to try and work out which is good or not!!
Many thanks EM xYou can discover more about a person in an hour of play than in a year of conversation.

Thanks for comments, in the end I packed them well and froze them in their original state. For some reason I thought you couldn't freeze it that way but now they are safely packed in the freezer for any time we need them and my waistline is not getting bigger0
