All Inclusive Family Holiday Ideas?

Fancy somewhere with 2 young children (aged 1 and 6) but dont want to fly longer than 2/3 hours (entertaining the youngest will be a nightmare.)

We dont mind where so long as its hot (we are going 6th July) and there is a waterpark in the vicinity.

Looking to go all inclusive.

Flamingo Oasis in Benidorm, great for kids, water park up road.

Golden Avenida Suites in Salou great for families and Port Aventura close by.

Done Sol Mirlos before it was fantastic. Looks out of our budget this year though sadly, its coming up about £1500, when I can only do about £1100 max.
