Does this sound right?

I live in a studio flat in the midlands.
I pay £30 a month for my electricity straight to my landlord.
According to a bill received from him over a period of just over 2 months (including 3 payments from myself) I have used 931 units @ 20p and owe an extra £95? That means for the 70 days my electricity has cost me £185 for basically one room. Is this a good rate and does it sound like a lot of units for a studio flat?
I really have no idea. Thanks.

13 kWhs per day is a modest usage for winter and not unusual.
However most domestic tariffs should not cost 20p for every unit - only the first 2 or 2.5 units should cost this tier 1 price the other ten units should cost between 13p and 15p.
Your landlord is not permitted to charge you anything other than what he is paying for electricity. You should ask him to explain why there is no standing charge or tier 2 price as 931 units over 70 days should not average at such a high price for a domestic tariff.0 -
Is he on a business tariff or standard?Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0
