Excel and Parc Tawe Swansea

Was in Swansea recently and parked in Parc Tawe South to check on an item in toysrus - noticed new pay and display booths covered up that were not there before and a large sign stating "this carpark has nothing to do with Parc Tawe North" (just over the road).
Driving past the north car park today, noticed the stupid Excel sign at the entrance is no longer there - this is the one that was in print 2 mm high (i exaggerate, but only a little) and which contained 25 detailed clauses - that you drove past at 30 but were deemed to have read and accepted.
Has Excel been given the boot, or have they jumped?
This after all is the company that tried to "fine" a good Samaritan who tried to avert a suicide in this location:

Excel was recently banned for 3 months from the dvla datalink for gaining RK details for their signs being not compliant in this car park, they were basically given what they deserve. I ain't been in Swansea for a while so not sure what's there now. You'd need to go into the car park to find out.When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.
