My mobile broke last week. The keypad froze & none of the buttons would work. To make the problem worse I was away from home in London on a course.
Finds nearest Orange shop in Hammersmith - they can't get it work either, so call customer services for me. I really was expecting the "nope, it's broken, that'll be £100 for a new one please".
Straight away, no quibbles, they offer to send me a new phone, free of charge, the very next day, delivered to an address of my choice.
Later that evening phone starts working again, so I ring Orange to say it's working & cancel the delivery. They tell me that there's obviously a problem with it, so have the new phone anyway.
It arrived bang on time & I was really impressed with their efficient service.
I am presuming that I had the phone insured with them, but it must have been a freebie when I upgraded last year, as I certainly hadn't paid any extra for insurance.

Yer they offer a free replacement within 24 hours with the premium packages. My mate just had same problem and he was well chuffed with the service. I think my next mobile contracts gonna be a orange as they are the best to offer great services.Kind Regards
