Baby Models UK

Hi all,
My sister has applied for my nephew to be a model through Baby Models UK. They have emailed her to say they are interested in representing him (they apparently only take on 5% of applications) but they have asked for money. Obviously this has set alarm bells ringing.
Is this a real, reputable agency or is it a scam? Has anyone used them before?
Sorry if this is in the wrong place, not sure where it should go!
TIA

You should never need to pay up front to a modelling agency. They make their money from commission. She needs to walk away. There are plenty of agencies in the UK that dont ask for a fee.0

I wouldnt pay any money if they asked for it up front. Also just googled them and a thread on Netmums says a few people have paid and then not heard anything and their calls not been answered and some been told their babies have been shortlisted for jobs and then not heard from them again.0
