Hi,
What will happen if i don't pay for UKPC? I forgot to get a free two hours ticket for parking. I arrived there at 12:15, i got the ticket - about 50 pounds - at 12:23...when i got it in my mind that i need a ticket the time was 12:33. That was too late for me...
So what shall i do now?
Cheers!
Sorry for my bad english...

Can you edit out the times you've listed above, they are not relevant and they could identify you to any parking company trolls.
Have a look at this thread, and see how UKPC treat your information.

As for dealing with them, you can either ignore as UKPC are useless, or challenge and go through popla to get this cancelled, the outcome of a popla is not binding on you. When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Nothing will happen if you ignore this scam.
Here's a pepipoo thread with more info about UKPC:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=77754
Or you can challenge the ticket and then go to POPLA (independent appeal, see threads on this forum and on pepipoo about POPLA as it's discussed every day) but only if this was in England/Wales. If you fancy doing that then just do a challenge along these lines, asking LOTS of questions:
http://forums.pepipoo.com/index.php?showtopic=77301
Then when UKPC reject your 'challenge' they will probably not answer half of it - so you can then get help here on this forum, in order to make your POPLA stage appeal a strong one.
If all that is too daunting for you to write - if English is not your first language - then why not try complaining to the Retail Park in writing and explain that English isn't your first language, you did not see any signs and were 'unaware' that you had to display any ticket and are astonished they are allowing their notoriously bad parking agent (who do not even keep customer's data securely stored online) to profit from people who are simply doing their shopping in a free car park.
And you can just ignore UKPC if the Retail Park Management won't cancel it (some will, so it's worth a complaint seeing as it's a FREE car park and no harm done - except to annoy you as a customer).
You can find whoever runs the Retail Park by Googling the Retail Park's name and looking for any newspaper articles - they always mention who runs these places. You may as well complain - the more complaints about this scam the better because the way PPCs extort money is ridiculous in a shopping park where they presumably want you to return and have a good shopping experience.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
