Get rid of EVERYTHING you can to make the place look tidy and uncluttered.
And make sure you identify each room by having a big B A T H R O O M sign in the bathroom, a big S O F A sign on the sofa, and... well you get it0 -
Read the threads created by people who are getting no interest, or viewings but no offers. There is a theme in the feedback people give.0

Thank you. I have been browsing old threads today. It doesn't help that there are 4 houses on our street already for sale. We just have to price it right and hope it appeals to someone. 2 are all brand new inside, 1 had so elderly people in it and the other is solid fuel heating and they av been adviced to expect that to impact on selling price.
There is only 1 house we want to look at so we need to sell before it goes. Will need a major sort out and a bit of painting before we photo ready though. Aiming to be up by end of month.Have a Bsc Hons open degree from the Open University 2015 :j:D:eek::T0
