Hooray final payment made on iva 7 years long

Finally it is over, been a real struggle especially after so long, 5 year iva, added year for house value, plus extra year due to having a new car at the start which we kept due to travelling long distance to work, nice to be debt free finally!

    Fantastic, very well done! I have to say it is a very liberating feeling once you know it's over.

    My payment is now split 55/45% between saving (the 55%) and eating better/covering increased fuel costs etc.

    Enjoy the freedom :D

    Well done you... I've just made a payment so six months to go on mine.

    This year I've also managed to squeeze £5 a week towards Xmas.
