It was my first big win and i responded to the email straight away stating the dates we were available to go.

Its been over 3 weeks now and still no response from the woman who emailed me

I'm very disappointed as is my partner as we were really looking forward to this

I don't know what to do, should i email the company????

Congrats on the lovely win, don't worry some prizes take forever to get sorted out. They say wait 28 days before contacting but in my experience a nice polite e.mail to jog there memory never goes amiss. Good luck. :T:T

i had something similar, i actually sent a new email rather than a reply in the end and i finally got someone emailing me back. try a fresh email or find the phone number and give them a ring

Yes, do email them or message them on FB. I won a Florida Holiday, I had the email, & replied to the link on the email as requested, but heard nothing. I gave it a week & got on to them, it turned out that they'd sent me the wrong link to reply to & my messages were going elsewhere. But I got it sorted. Congrats & hope you get yours sorted too

I tend to email with 'please could you acknowledge receipt of my details' that way you're not being pushy, just asking they have your details, congrats by the way
