I have a Dell D600 running Windows XP.
It has both a built in wireless card and Ethernet card which I have managed to get both running at the same time.
Is there any advantage in connecting to my VirginMedia hub both wirelessly and wired at the same time?

Getting forgetful, if you think I've asked this before I probably have. :rotfl:

No there is no advantage in fact it may cause issues during routing0

gotta agree with all the above. There's absolutely no advantage and more likely going to create problems.0

The wired connection is likely faster and more consistent than the wireless connection, I normally disable the wireless radio if the machine is connecting to the router via a cable to ensure it's using the latter connection.
