After a cheap £50-ish AIO printer with a full pack of ink (not the half full starter samples they usually fob us off with).
Preferably wi-fi and not really bothered about hi quality photo or standard as it is just for basic printing.
Any thoughts as i seem to be going round in circles reading contradicting reviews.
Any help appreciated.
Make and model and i will have a google about.

Can I just add that I purchased a Cannon Pixma, first time ever a Canon, and cannot believe how well it performs. I leave it for months at a time out in Spain and it starts first time, without me bothering to remove the cartridges like I had to with my Epson. This is the model less than £40 and good quality print and scanning.

Hve a look at Brother printers, I have one and the carts are really cheap in the compatable market, and they are easy to re-ink yourself."Imagination is more Important than knowledge"0

You need to take care whichmodel of Brother printer you buy. Not all of them have compatible cartidges readily available.. We had an excellent value Brother 1230 which we replaced with a 2030 model. That too works fine but the number of copies per cartidge is much less economic (5000) as a branded cartridge costs around £30 and there are very few compatibles available for that particular cartridge (TN 2010) and the ones we have found don't even print 5000 copies.
It seems a bit of a scam by the printer suppliers to make more money as even if you buy a higher capacity cartridge it still works out quite expensive per copy.
So before you buy a Brother check there are compatible cartridges available for that model.0 -
get a printer you can fit a cis to if you do a lot of printingNothing to see here, move along.0

Hi!
If you want a chipest printer with a good quality try this one,The Canon Pixma iP4820 offers vibrant photos and clear text. The Canon Pixma iP4820 Color Inkjet Printer does all of it’s tasks fairly quickly as well as quietly. When the iP4820 was tested it produced well in both color and black and white. The Canon Pixma iP4820 Printer is Energy Star-compliant and gives you the ability to print on both sides of the paper without having to flip the paper over to print the other side.
