Estate Agency Board

We have just had an Estate Agents board errected outside our house. It is attached to our front gate, with half the sign on the footpath. It is just head height. What happens if someone hits their head on it. Are we liable?

For goodness sake, if it's in a position where it might hurt someone either move it or tell your estate agents to move it.

It's screwed, so I can't move it. However I have already phoned agents. They are coming to move it

If you've got a screwdrive, unscrew it.

If you haven't, go and buy one. Who knows, you might find it useful to have again one day.
