ASDA Credit card is on-line service down

I've just registered to manage my Asda CC on line. Had all the activation details, but when I try to log in I get a 'problem with website' message. Telephone number I have 0871 704 3362 is constantly engaged, so can't make contact.

Anyone know if there is a problem?

I'm only trying to advise them I haven't received a PIN number for additional card. I'm assuming the one I got for main card doesn't cover both cards??

Try the same PIN. Seems some CC's do use the same one.... Which is crazy....

Well, eventually found another telephone number and managed to speak to a very helpful person.

Seems I will get a second PIN number anytime soon.

Re website problem, there is a known problem with Internet Explorer compatability. Will have to use another browser to use online service. Asda are working on the issue.
