Old HBOS shares

I know this is really not financially savvy but I have just found my old HBOS Share certificate ... I can not find anything which updates it .... is it still valid? If so, is it worth anything now?
Thank you,
Jackie

HBOS is part of LBG now - I *think* HBOS shareholders were given 0.83 LLOY shares per HBOS share - LLOY are trading at 49p or so today.

I think in order to clarify what has happened, you could probably try to contact Halifax's share dealing service?

Btw, this is only what I remember reading - I had no exposure to HBOS, LLOY and so on personally.

Feudal Britain needs land reform. 70% of the land is "owned" by 1 % of the population and at least 50% is unregistered (inherited by landed gentry). Thats why your slave box costs so much..

The HBOS certificate should have been replaced by a Lloyds certificate. The HBOS certificate is probably now worthless, except to prove the shareholder's name and address. I don't know whether the shareholder reference number would have changed during the transition to Lloyds.

I suggest you contact Equiniti, who are registrars for LBG.
