I did drunken postings last night too, so you're not on your own even if you did. :rotfl:
Oh well, you have to have a bit of fun every now and again!"I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Hello Sea
I'm just the same - I owe my dad £34,400 and have let it drop off my list too.
I missed your drunken postings last night - or failed to spot that they were drunken anywayTotal debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -
Am getting my way to posting drunken posts tonight as well I think - oops - not there quite yet though!!
Sophia was so funny tonight - OH looked round a house that had been repossessed with his sister (millionaire looking to buy to let as a way to invest her money - grr - anyway) and all the stuff was being loaded into skips to go to the tip -scandalous - tvs, almost new stuff - even OH said it was a real shame. Anyway his sisters DD saw a bag of Barbie brand new in box outfits in a bag and asked the men clearing if she could have them - they let her. Now I think these didn't belong to a child as they were still in packets - type of thing that you buy from the newsagent and must be at least 5 yrs old. Anyway, she gave them to Sophia as she's a bit old for them and we gave Sophia her first one tonight (a Romanian outfit with accompanying magazine all about Romania) and she was in 7th heaven!! felt a bit bad about the repossession, but OH said they would have ended up at the tip anyway so felt a bit better.

TVs and all you got was a bag of Barbie outfits?
Terrible news for that repossessed family, I hope the repo brought on their lightbulb moment and things are looking up for them.
We are great skip-scavengers - we've got some great things from skips or the council dump, including our toaster, coffee machine and garden trampoline. Also a fair few books, some of which I've sold for good money. It's outrageous what useful stuff gets landfilled.
Oops can you see I'm joining you on the way to drunken posting?Total debt: 1 January 2007 £[strike]49,387.79[/strike] 1 January 2012 £[STRIKE]19,312.85[/STRIKE] 1 August 2012 £11,517.620 -

Hi all
Thankfully stopped drinking at just the right point last night and went to bed early enough to avoid hangover today
Can't believe i forgot to mention - school is introducing paid lunchtime and after school duties - not sure how much, but will be signing up for them! Extra income -can't do the after school unfortunately as pick up DD, but lunch times I can do - might not add up to much at the end of the month after tax etc but it all helps!
Off to the cinema with DD now.
Hope everyone has a nice day

hehe laughed at drunken postings! What are we like eh! I'm saving my wine for tonight when BBC1 drama is on at 9...am on strict wine rations (& everything else!) as determined to shift the ibs I've put on recently! Must look at the survey sites as could replace ciao which I've now opted out of! Whats a good one? I now do GFK (didnt win again!), lghtspeed and valued opinions...any others good? Hreat news re the break times, every little helps!Nerd no 109 Long haulers supporters DFW #1! Even in the darkest moments, love and hope are always possible.0

ISOM, if you check the free Christmas challenge 2008 thread Sea posted a great list on the first page with loads of sites on. The only other one I can think of that I've had luck with is PureProfile who pay a little bit (usually 20p-30p) even if you don't qualify and last weekend they had a load of (quite bizarre ) surveys paying £3-£4 each. They also do a referral programme where you can earn up to £5 for each referral. The money clears instantly too (I sound like I work for them, don't I??)0

Hey Chocaholic. - refer me? What do you need from me?
Had a lovely time at the cinema - the film was wonderfully dreadful, a little old in parts for Sophia but I'd recommend it if you can get free/reduced tickets!!
