    Hello, I have read some of your diaries and wow!

    I have not had time to read all of them, but one thing I would like to say to you - when you decide to beat yourself up again over a few pounds please read the 1st couple of pages again and compare DFD then to now!

    Oh poo. I just spoke to my friend and chatted a bit then she said, so he really has left me then. And hung up. Am now full paranoid that i've hurt her or been insensitive. I'm sorry to be on here when had a drink - I know it's stupid. I've tried ringing her but she's engaged.

    morning! Oh I love drunken posts!! Maybe we should have a druken post night!! As for the xgf I think youre stuck between a rock and a hard place TBH - whatever you say she will feel hurt but thats not because of you just the situation. All you can do is be there but also be honest that you have a relationship with both & dont want to take sides....hugs for you on that one...
