hi guys,
i want to rent a flat in enfield, waltham abbey/cross or chesunt.
are these places good areas ?
i am on benefit and most agents are quite harsh on people whom are DSS. I will have 2 guarantor but still few places accept it .

Been told EN2 is the nicer part of Enfield. It's quite huge with mixed areas, so would depend on which part.
I would choose Waltham Abbey out of all three you list. It's got an okay reputation now (to the best of my knowledge). Wasn't such a good reputation a couple of decades ago.
I think Broxbourne has a better reputation than Cheshunt. Try Ware and Hertford too.
Not much anyone can suggest as to DSS. You'll need to hunt with a fine toothcomb. Not everyone's insurance/mortgage will allow them to let to DSS, etc, so it's not necessarily a personal thing!
Good luck.
