Cheap Vinyl Flooring

Hi All - Does anyone know where I can purchase some CHEAP wood effect Vinyl Lino? I have seen it on Ebay for as low as £3.50 per sq metre which is great, it doesnt need to be great quality so thats fine BUT most have a £13.99 postage!
So was wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of somewhere (a store) that I can actually go that does it for around that price? Thanks in advance x

Do you have any carpet shops locally?
Many have lots of roll ends that size or bigger. I've used them for all my vinyl flooring.
If it's close (and preferably an independent) they may even deliver it for free0
