Hi all with the help of this site earlier this year i became Debt free so my savings journey has now began.
it's now 1st April 2013 so i have just over 8 months too complete my 2013 savings goal. - not including new home fund although it would be great to get a decent amount into this pot
but first a little about me. me and my partner have been together 6 years we have a 4 year old little boy and are currently TTC baby number 2.
We currently live in a small property left too me by a lovely family member but things will be a bit squeezed around here when the next child starts toddling around so i would love to move to another property although this isn't essential.
we also need to save for baby #2 as i don't have anything from our son..
so a breakdown for all you lovely people:
~ baby fund £1000
~ mortgage/new house fund £50,000 (this is spread over the next 5 years - 10 years max)
~ xmas 2013 fund £1000
~ DP's training course - £3000
~ rainy day fund £5000
will be checking my bank statement later to try and give you the figures so far x
