A "Parent and Child" were present... No mention of ages !

You could ignore it, but I would be inclined to appeal and take it to popla , I would love to know what they would use to back up their claims of no children being there. Surely they wouldn't suggest that they take images of people using a car park?When posting a parking issue on MSE do not reveal any information that may enable PPCs to identify you. They DO monitor the forum.
We don't need the following to help you.
Name, Address, PCN Number, Exact Date Of Incident, Date On Invoice, Reg Number, Vehicle Picture, The Time You Entered & Left Car Park, Or The Amount of Time You Overstayed.

Similar situation myself, in that all signs are TCP, no mention of Smart Parking.
Should be an easy enough appeal to deal with.0 -
'Seen leaving the vehicle without a child' - how does that mean there's a breach of contract then? People can park there to meet/collect a child who may have been shopping with a relative.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
