Old Barclaycard - check for PPI?

I had a barclaycard when I was a student (about 13 years ago!) and I have a feeling it may have had PPI on it. Is there any easy way to check, for example will barclaycard tell me over the phone? The account was closed a year or two after I graduated and any statements are long gone now!
I'm pretty sure it would have been mis-sold if I did have it as I wasn't employed at the time, just some holiday work.

You can call them, but if it is more than six years since you cancelled, it's unlikely any records will have been kept.0

You are pretty sure you were mis-sold something you didnt know you had? How can that be the case?
Barclaycard only keep a running 6 years worth of statements. So, you would need to supply statements for that period.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
