I have just noticed that the same person is bidding/winning on two of my items.
If they get them both can I put them on the same invoice or will I still need to have separate ones for paypal.
I have only been selling a month and find the ebay help not very helpful.

Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.

Wait for both auctions to end.
If the same bidder has won two or more of your items, then ebay automatically puts all the items together on one invoice, including the individual P&P for each item.
If you offer combined postage then adjust it manually before sending the invoice.0 -
After the auctions end, in the items sold column there is an option on the right to send payment details (to the buyer).
Click this and both items should come up, so both will be on the invoice you send.
There is an opportunity to reset the postage amount before you send the invoice, as often, but not always, its cheaper to send two items in one parcel.
If I am not sure of the right amount to charge for two items sent together, I email the buyer saying I will get the parcel weighed at the post office and amend the postage accordingly using the reset option, and ask them not to pay until they get the customised invoice..
Buyers do appreciate that and tend to leave good ratings that way, but its not possible unless you have a handy post office and time to do that. You can always send a small refund thru Paypal if they overpay a lot on postage, again good for getting good seller ratings.0 -
Thank you. It is free postage on both so the postage won't matter.Life is not the way it’s supposed to be. It’s the way it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference.0
