I have just recieved my 1st statement and have tried to pay online through my bank (Coop), but it is showing as payment sent and issued straight back into my bank account.
Has anybody had any problems paying this way?

Did you include your full reference number along with the sort code and account number?0

Yeah set everything up as I would normally do to make an online payment0

The payment is listed on my pay bills menu for the full amount of statement but it then appeared straight back in my account as a transfer from Halifax Clarity0
