First off, just done the switch & making sure i've totted everything up right.
I went for annual consumption when giving the figures & just totted up the 4 quarterly totals on the bar graph to give a figure (7886.99, so entered 7887 on the comparison sites etc).
Went with the nPower Dec 2015 fixed through Quidco. At one point it asked if "you or anyone in the house is disabled etc". Well my mum is a blue badge holder. I don't know whether this would qualify a yes answer for this question, so i ticked yes all the same.
Then it reckons up nPower will sort the whole switch & everything will run smoothly.
If the first 2 points are correct then here's hoping.
EDIT: My mum's BG account is approx £30 in credit. What happens to this? Does she have to call to claim it back or would they send it automatic?
