I am having problems with Safari as it keeps saying my iPad isn't connected to the Internet. Despite this my phone and laptop stay connected. Has anyone else had problems like this please? Really annoying!

Is your iPad connected to the Internet? Obvious question I know, but can you see the wifi symbol at the top left of the screen?0

Yes I can which makes it all very strange!

sometimes, this means it's connected to the router but not necessarily getting past that to the internet.
one thing is to reboot the router and see if that helps. alternately check that the router (is broadcasting on B & G bands as a test, as they are more compatible at the moment than N band).
hope this helps0 -
Many thanks. Will try that in the morning

Have you tried removing the WiFi password details from Settings and re-entering them again?0
