Fast iphone charger

Saw these two iphone chargers claiming to be fast charge but not sure what one to go for

The iPhone apparently draws 1 amp max from any charger, and 1 amp is what a standard Apple branded iPhone 4 USB charger wall-wart will provide.
e.g.

Anything with higher current will make no difference. Plus, I suggest charging expensive things only from quality branded chargers.0 -
You'll be limited by whatever the phone can draw, not what the charger can supply. 8x faster than USB sounds questionable - USB standard can supply 500mA and I would be nervous about any phone drawing 4A to be honest, that's 20W, the thing would cook!0

its a Belkin a name i trust also twin usb's and comes with iphone and mini cables seems ok at £7.99 delivered0 -
