Ive just gone into two c* *p stores to get there Buy 1 get 2 free Thirst pockets only to be told this offer has now finished... But on their website it states the offer is available on the 1st April 2013. I went into 2 local ones and there were absolutely hundreds of these kitchen rolls which the manager refused to sell at the offer and told me that is was one for £1.99 even though the offer stated different. Im fuming!! How can they advertise an offer and then say the customer cant have it??

1. Take a screen dump or print of the offer on the website.
2. E-mail or letter to Co-op Head Office.
3. If no joy from them, letter or e-mail to Trading Standards Dept.

Ive emailed them already and yes i will be taking this further. I even asked if theyd scan them through the tills and they said no, ive told you the offer has finished!!! Edited just to say yes and at ours they literally had hundreds stacked up.

But there leaflets and internet site says its all still on offer including the 1st ?? ile await a reply to my email i sent, and if i dont get any joy, ile take it further. It not the offer, its the principle..if theyd have run out of the Thirst Pockets, then i wouldnt have complained. But there were literally hundreds piled up. And each store (so ive heard on here) has said something different.

Says selected stores and see in store for details, so you went in store and they told you the offer had finished in that store.

Hmm i see. The offer was in both the stores i went to. The Thirst Pockets were stacked up in their hundreds in one of the stores. I think that theyve got it wrong by it being back Holiday. Yes they do have offers over the weekends from friday to sunday, but as it was closed sunday the offer ran until 1st April. The staff said it finishes on the 1st April. I read the leaflet and it said Available from 29th 30th 31st and 1st April.
