I used Abbeys PO Box address not registered address on MCOL, can there be problems ?

7 days ago I used Abbeys PO Box address not their registered business address on MCOL, can there be problems ?

    No. I had to use MINT's PO box address in Southend-on-Sea on my MCOL claim form, as their registered address is in Scotland and MCOL can only take "sassenach" addresses.

    The address only comes into play in the very rare (but not unknown) scenario where, having lost the court case, the bank still refuses to pay up, and the court has to send in the bailliffs!
    The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)

    Only real problem is if the the bank don't settle. You can't register a judgment against a PO box and the bailiff's look a bit stupid looking for a po box.

    True. But sometimes it is the only English or Welsh address you've got!
