when is a pre existing condition no longer a pre existing condition
My wife had bowel cancer around 6 years ago she had surgery and chemo.
it is around 3 years since she had her last checkup and given the all clear, so do we have to declare this as a pre existing condition for travel insurance ?
thanks

It depends on the questions asked by the insurer which may be, "Have you EVER had cancer....."0

E-mail them and ask (answer is then in writing)0

I had cancer 15 yrs ago and I still declare it, then they know and accept (or decline) to cover you.0
