For those who don't follow Facebook, I thought I'd just let you know I've asked Swagbucks UK why when we provide the evidence they want in relation to non-crediting surveys (ie screenshots) then they can't honour these, pay us and then fight it out with the survey companies. If you want to see the entire post or comment then here is the link:-

I don't know whether I will get a reply or not, but I'll keep everyone updated

Here's Swagbucks reply to my question:-

Hi Paul, loads of questions there. First i am MD of Swagbucks UK so of course i have direct input into strategy for UK. And your point about proof of surveys is a very good one - when the user has actual proof of a survey, surely it is enough to be credited. Unfortunately our business model is that we only get paid when you do; so we don't credit you unless the survey company does. so it is in our interests to chase things up for you, which we do regularly. with proof of surveys, i am trying to get confirmation of surveys to show far more data so that the confirmation is exactly that and not open to abuse...

Morning all - just got a 77SB survey. TAKING 177 MINUTES. Probably a mistake but I have better things to do with almost 3 hours of my time!

EDIT: Posted the same moan on FB and someone replied that is was apparently an error and takes 15-20 mins - your decision!
