I questioned what would happen to the days where we were unable to enter because of the server errors & this is the reply I got

Hi Liz,
The tech team have assured me that the entries are retrievable, so even if there’s an error message your end, we should still be able to pick up entrants. If this isn’t the case then we will likely draw at random from the entrants on other days as we can’t extend the competition past the month (we have a new one starting), so do keep entering daily
