Anyone know if Hermes deliver on bank holidays?

Ebay seller sent my parcel with Hermes last Thursday and it's current tracking status is showing as 'hub trailer via sorter' - can anyone translate?

From what I've read about Hermes it may be some time away yet.......:(

I presume it means it's about to be sorted to then be given to a delivery driver. If it was sent last Thursday, I doubt much has happened to it yet. If I'd have sent via a courier with a next day service I would expect Thursday to be delivered on Tuesday over Easter weekend. With Hermes, I'd guess end of this week is most likely.

That's what I thought - bloomin' seller waited 5 days after payment to post it too.

You have another 2-3 working days to wait yet. That track means its sitting in a trailer at the national hub (Nuneaton) and isn't going anywhere until tomorrow by the sounds of it.
