Scanner on a brother dcp115 c

i have got a printer/scanner/copier all in one machine its a brother dcp115c.

I havent had it long and the printer is still working fine, but i cannot get the scanner to work for love nor money. It seems like it is a scanner driver error but i have tried everything and i cant get it to work!! It worked when i first got it and has suddenly stopped working.

I have been to the brother pages and tried everything they suggest but nothing seems to working. I have uninstalled and re-installed, i have downloaded patches from teh brother site and nothing!!

please help!! Also why do things always break when you really need them :rolleyes:

Scan to a CF or SD card. It's much much easier than using Brother's clunky scanning software.

Literally just put the card in and scan. It's as easy as that. Totally self-sufficiant from the PC.

cant get it to work still, it makes all the right noises but when i check the card the photos arent on it at all!!!

i have found that now hun!! god im dense!!!

i need to scan in 6 piccys by yesterday! they were ment to be somewhere this morning ooppsss i think i have got it sorted now thank you so much for saving my bacon :T
