Centrium Woking - any former/current owners/tenants

Hi all,
Long shot but does anyone own/rent in Centrium Woking? Keeps popping up on zoopla and flats that were sold for £300k+ in 2005 are on for £220k now.
Is this just market forces and the house price crash we FTB keep hoping for or is something else going on in the area they aren't saying? I know Barrats are building on the other side but can't see much else to cause this huge drop?
If you do live/rent here, would you do it again?

They were over-priced when they were built. (and they had stupid rental estimates to justify those prices)
I was surprised that the prices held up for the first few years, but the did.
Not a surprise to see a fall eventually IMHO.
No I wouldn't live there. there are much better value places in Woking to live - should I need to do so again.
But obviously people do, and presumably they pay the rents - One I note is up for 1500 pm.

How many are owner occupied and how many BTLs? What is the rental market like locally?Declutterbug-in-progress.⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️0
