Yes you can, when I won my esa tribunal I was still waiting over six weeks later for my back payment. When I phoned to see how much longer it would be they asked me to send a copy in as they said they hadn't heard and I got my back payment within a few days.
They shouldn't have done because you could doctor your own photocopy to suit you.0 -

Twice I,ve sent in a photocopy of the Tribunal decision and each time I've only waited 3 weeks for my backpay to be sorted. They obviously get the original decision fax or emailed by the tribunal immediately so they would know if your photocopy is doctored. However, if you send a copy by registered post, they then can't blame "the post" fir the tribunal nitice to have nit reached them. thank you every one for repling, have phoned dwp yesterday they have received tribunal papers, desion makers are looking at them now.
as for wrag well that going be hard as week down right side, my right arm does not work i suffer from sciatica and also registered sensory impaired. wonder what type of work i could do as i have 3 - 6 focal fits a day, my mind boggles, if i have to work will they pay for my carer as need use their eyes, thank you0
