Hope everyone is having a good day. I love this weather!
Had a WEM for a red Nescafe mug for their 75th anniversary.
Been naughty again and booked another £29 night at a Premier Inn for August. There are loads of £29 Sunday nights available some which don't often have them.

Please can I ask advice and I hope a kind peep or two can help

As you know, my lovely son was made redundant few weeks back. He was a contractor and worked via an agency.

He asked for his P45 to be sent on, for future employment etc ..... the agency messed up big time, sent it off, missing off half his address (the most important part), the document has now been lost!!!

He is seeing the agency tomorrow and I have told him to stand his ground - their fault, not his.

The document will doubtless never be retrieved so ........ surely it is the agencies job to rectify their poor mistake? How though? He needs this document ....... if it is lost in the post due to their poor management, how can another good copy be secured?

Feel so sorry for him, one thing after another. I want to help him but I am not sure how to.

Alfie, he could get a p46 until they sort out his P45. I have just had to do this as I misplaced my P45

Thank you, you know it's hard when you are on your own. I don't understand all of this. I love my kids to bits and yes they have made me so proud since they lost their dad and how hard they have worked Just trying to help my boy as best I can. x

Feeling a bit down at the mo, usually I am quite strong but sometimes, particularly re my kids, sometimes I get a wee bit tearful when Im on me own trying to help - yes im a wimp ....... just off to thank peeps in IWIW, maybe cheer me up a wee bit. x Alf xxx

Yeah it's confusing over the P45/46 but the p46 is for if you can't find or haven't got a p45. I once had a very old p45 when I left the factory and did nurse training, brought up kids then went into teaching assistant in school but the school laughed at me when I gave them the old p45 as they didn't use them ones any more! How was I to know!

Had a call from other job today, they finally got all the references so I have to go on Tuesday to sort out days I can work its all happening now finally!
