Good morning everybody just thought I would have a quick pop in before GD gets up and its all go. She wants to go shopping this morning and have to take Fred to dentist this afternoon so busy busy.

Sheils - a cruise on Ullswater sounds fab I would do it if I were you while the weather is good. Good luck for your DD's work experience.

firefly - well done on the sausage roll win and thanks for the lovely fairy dust.

Walwin - I see you have nice weather too. It looks as if we have a good day as well fingers crossed.

Beautiful morning here and forecast really good for the rest of the week. Really tempted to go for our annual cruise on Ullswater on Thurs. We have always gone in May in the past but since we have always gone on very hot days before we didn't want to feel disappointed if the weather wasn't as good as usual.
DD is doing work experience at a hotel this week and seems to be having fun. The owner seems to keep feeding her and the boy who is with her and they have been playing pool etc! They done bits and pieces of work too.

Windermere was so relaxing after a ride on a steam train etc.
I'd recommend Grange-Over-Sands, had afternoon tea there once.

Well done on your win ILC although I'm not sure where it is from. Thanks for mentioning Morrisons Comp I saw it before and ignored it as never usually shop there but did yesterday as I was spending vouchers.

Sylvia have fun shopping and if your GD is a teenager good luck and have a good breakfast to keep your strength up.

Think we will go on the cruise. If anyone thinks that will be a lovely relaxing day though think again DH will have me climbing away up a hill at the other side of the lake. It is a strenuous walk for us non hill walkers but wonderful views when you get up there. Love the way when you look up lake district walks they say easy walking even when you are almost climbing up cliff faces!

Katie, thanks for the reminder again for glamour. I missed yesterday's!

Well done on the scratchcard win ILC! :T I took one to shop this morning as I won £10 and asked for a £2 one and the money but the lady gave me a £5 one. I didn't say anything as she is elderly and forgetful but when I scratched it off I won £20 so great result!
I'm starting lunchtime with the special needs kiddies today so best get a move on and finish my jobs
