Afternoon all
Not having a great day here, woke up to muscle spasm in my lower back (old recurring problem) could hardly move
Sent OH to Pharmacy for Ibruprofen and that is easing it slightly. Wee Greek neighbour, Despina, came to the door with a bag full of lemons for us (lemonade later maybe) spotted me hirpling about and insisted on massaging my back with her St John's Wort oil

On the up side, as I am stuck indoors, booked our planned 4 day trip to Rome in July, flights, transfers and hotel so not an entirely wasted day and something special to look forward to.

Probably will get stuck into some comps now too.
