Question about BT's Free Premium Rate Number Bar

I have a question about the free BT Premium Rate Number Bar - exactly what number range does it block - the entire 09xx range or only a certain range and is the bar removable for some calls (by way of a PIN) as the chargeable bar is or is it in place all the time unless it's removed totally again?

Free Premium Rate Call Barring bars the whole 09 numbering range and is in place the whole time,no flexibilty.
If you want to pick and choose you need selective call barring (works with pin) £1.75p a month.0 -
