Hi I am asking on behalf of my dad, my mum died 2 years ago, and he is now looking at going on holiday on his own, he likes to travel by coach, can anyone recommend a good coach tour company that specialises in over 60's singles holidays - he would like to meet people in the same situation as him, rather than tag along with couples.

A quick Google search brings up websites for:
solosholidays
solitairehols
and coach holidays.com which appears to have a singles section.
I have no idea what any are like but they may be worth a look. Happy hunting!0 -
Maybe if you checked on the Saga site they seem to specialise in helping the 'Oldies'Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,

Just for you, is another company that specialize in single holidays.
I have just recently had my first single coach trip, I went with Lochs and Glens to Scotland on a four day/three night trip as a 'trial run'. They do not charge extra for singles and there were 6 of us on board. It all turned out very well and will now probably venture further a field.0 -
Leger Holidays do a dedicated brochure for Single Travellers, they do air & coach holidays0
