Spyware infection?

Hi
I've noticed a lot of blue high-lighted words appear on websites that I use (including this one).

When I hovver over it an ad appears for i-phones.

Is this spyware?

I've tried cleaning up my computer by using Malware bytes anti-malware, Old Timer and the Clean Up! program.

But they still appear.

How do I get rid of them?

Did malwarebytes not find anything ? you haven't posted any logs but you could try adwcleaner http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/adwcleaner/

I would post a DDS log and then wait for waddler_8 to have time to run his expert eye over that -

Post [STRIKE]me[/STRIKE] Him (sorry waddler) a DDS log - should take 2-3 minutes.

Download DDS from the link below and save it to your desktop:

After you've downloaded it and saved it to your desktop:

• Double click DDS to run it.
• When it's finished, DDS will open two logs:

1. DDS.txt
2. Attach.txt

Save both reports to your desktop.

Copy & paste the contents of just DDS.txt for now and post it here (you may need to split the log over separate posts)

I done what you suggested and also ran CC cleaner too.
Something worked, I can't see any annoying ads at the moment.

Took a while to sus on my wife's PC as nothing found by Malwarebytes or Spybot. In the end I clicked Tools...Internet Options....Advanced...Reset.

it was pretty obvious from the AdwCleaner log that you are not very careful in what you download - most of the things in it were typical common bits of not necessarily virii, but adware, yes, PUPs - yes, and whilst not malicious in themselves as such, can easily leave back doors open for more dangerous malware to infect your system......be more careful in your surfing & downloading habits

oh, and more good advice from dcm, run and post a DDS log

I would still post a DDS log it doesn't take long and someone wiser than I may spot something , I would also make sure that Java(if you have it), Acrobat Reader, flash and anything you use is up to date, I wish you good luck.
