Hello
Around 8 or so years ago I got a £500 overdraft with a agreed fee of £7 a month if I used it, I often used it and my wage replaced it every month.
So they decided to increase it without my say so and again I kept sending it and my wage would replace it.
But They also increase the fee which I didn't agree to but have still been paying for years
So my question is were would have stand if I asked for the extra money back that they have been taking without a agreement

I think you would be deemed to have accepted it as you have been using it and not requested that the O/D limit was put back to the original level within a reasonable time of it increasingThis is a system account and does not represent a real person. By using the increased overdraft you have accepted it, and the charges involved.
You would have been notified of the increase and the charges by Natwest and could have declined the increase at the time.
You could contact them about it but i wouldn't think you'll be offered any refunds.0 -
You're sure you didn't ever get a letter with updated fees, charges or terms? I know often times they only include a proportion of the terms in the letter itself and provide a link where you can read them in their entirety. What will your verse be?

They may have sent me the agreement but I know I've never read it.
Would they have a record of it with it being so long ago?0 -
