Status so far, esa medical passed, a week later sent DLA form (first time)
Yesterday received letter of refusal and now im on here.

So far I havnt done anything as I only had the letter yesterday.

you need the statement of reasons explaining why they denied your claim.
it seems likely that they had insufficient information.
do you have medical evidence to support your claim?

i was in a similar position, i applied for my DLA to be raised, and was turned down because my consultant wouldnt co operate.

you need to find help. either CAB or DIAL. or your councils welfare rights department.

sadly, just because you have needs gets you nowhere.
there are hoops to be jumped through, and unless you know what those hoops are .... you will never suceed

Yes I sent off a full copy of my medical/hospital notes going back from the very first time I went in with my troubles.
I also sent of a GP supporting letter,
Copies of future appointments and scans,
and 3 supporting letters from friends explaining how my condition has had an effect on my life.
and I sent in a copy of my ESA letter stating IM-ESA-SupportGroup.

But I know the woman has made a decision without receiving any of this as I did the form online and sent extra information in the post that up until wednesday of last week they had not yet received.
also they rang me and the woman said she would wait for the extra information and contact my specialist and give him 4 weeks to reply. but the letter of refusal is dated the same day as the phone call?

all i can suggest is that you dont try to 'gp it alone'
awards are based on legal requirements, so you need help from someone that understand how the criteria needs to be met
