Creative Zen Vision:M 30Gb - Artwork and Playlists

Just started using my Zen Vision M. Two problems.
Downloaded playlists (mostly with album artwork present) from Windows Media Player, but I do not see the album artwork on the Vision M.
Secondly, and this really relates to classical pieces, I went to great lengths to arrange my classical playlist in alphabetically according to composer. But on the Vision M the playlist is shown according to name of track or possibly artist/soloist.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks.

For what it's worth, I found another thread which advised updating the firmware. The latest firmware had a fix on it for artwork.0
