Not rceiving requested back bill from Virgin :(

Part of the Furniture Combo Breaker
At the end of March, I telephone Virgin to request an itemised breakdown of my February phone bill. I was told I would be charged £4 & that it would be with me within a week.

I have called a further 3 times since (making that 4 in total). Each time I am told that another copy has been sent but I still have received nothing!

I have no problem receiving my other bills (broadband & tv & my normal phone bill) from Virgin so I can't believe that this has got lost 3 times in the post. I believe they haven't sent it out in the first place.

I have already paid the £4 charge for the back bill.

Has anyone else had problems receiving back bills from Virgin?

    not quite the same but i didn't receive a bill in February so rang them up and they sent me a copy-no charge
