Afternoon luvlies, many thanks to OP for cheese, got some for my dad yesterday - he's well happy :). Thanks to RN too for the simple / garnier post - bathroom shelf looking healthy now.

logie, your cake is wonderful :). Sorry to hear you've got to back next week for more chemo. Bless you, you're nearly there though. Enjoy today with your family.

Do people think the Ribena would be ok to do on a T shop? MSM showing on offer at £2 at both T and S at the moment. Wanted to add it to a Sheba shop. TIA

  • Just made a lovely Spanish style omelet with glitchy bombay potatoes, and glitchy cheese. Turned out smashing.

I will call it Omelet de Gliche.

    Mortgage-free Glee!
    Afternoon all.

10 ways on FB reported Cad Mini Eggs 100g scanning at 10p At sainsbobs by looks of things - reported from Belfast Area.

Also got partial trout over swimmers voucher in sasdas, not taking Huggies vouchers. They had a email, doubled checked, not swimmers , just nappy vouchers. Aye well done Sherlock is that cause you don't sell them anymore ?!? Seriously. I smiled of course and said nothing. I'm only evil on inside !!!

    Love to all.

Nice to see you back TwaNumpties :)

    Ninth Anniversary
Just to update following my rubbish attempt at the clickandcollect from sada this morning. I was happy enough as the prices were still good but when I unpacked noticed they had substituted the cheese for McLelland Seriously Strong Extra Mature. The apg for cnc still works on what was ordered so what I posted this morning still stands. However the substitution was not pointed out to me and there is no way we could eat seriously strong cheese ;) and I live 18 miles from the store so I cannot return fresh goods etc. Put claim in against the delivery and the cheese has all been refunded in full without the discount of 2for£5 so quids in :T:T:T

Thank you, he does love the cake :D Have not cut it yet, want to make sure my sis sees it first. He has been spoilt and has spent the morning with my Mum playing with all of his new toys having a great time :)

Afraid i'm on quite a downer though :( Went to hospital for chemo. Was all :j:j:j about it being last one, took card and chocs/hand cream for staff. But blood count was so low that consultant said I couldn't have chemo and have to go back next week. Immediately burst into tears and have been up and down since. Just feels like the goal posts have been moved bth_Smiley-Crying.gif Means as well that i'm basically stuck at home now for a fortnight instead of a week. Guess it's not a big deal in the grand scheme of things but i'm having an 'it's not fair' paddy about it :o

Anyway, best get off here and have a play with the boy :p Catch up later when hopefully i'll have pulled myself together :)

Feel for you logie :( A week must seem like a long time at the minute but worth it in the end. Try and keep positive. :A Hope ds is having a good birthday. :)
Smile :) and hopefully the world will smile back
