I don't know one end of a smart phone from the other. I'm a bit of a dinosaur when it comes to new technology.
I'm definitely not a dinosaur in that respect but I'm not what the marketing people call an "early adopter". Made that mistake when PCs first came out and I spent a fortune continually upgrading to have the latest kit. Only recently acquired a smartphone but don't really use it for much...other than making calls and texts:rotfl:Awaiting a new sig0 -

I wasn't at all interested in the biccies until I saw this   :jJust popped in to say 3Dogs so pleased your day was just as you wanted it to be for your Dear Mam I am sure she would have been looking down on you all with your Beloved Alan by her side:A:A
I am not at all sure what I think goes on after death but if this is possible, Alan would have looked out for my Mam, I know that :AMr 3Dogs 3-7-12

My neices' children are aged between 2 and 4 years and they could lose me on a smart phone. I think my problem is that they're expensive and I'm worried about breaking them.0 -
Evening all,
Had a busy evening tidying up as house had become a bit neglected whilst I did the fun stuff earlier
Did make it to Ts for candle for cakeWas too late for most of the whoopsies but did manage some nice smoked haddock fillets that will do for a fish pie. No 1p items but no spaces to suggest they were ever stocked so don't feel like i've missed out too much
Bulmers delivered by Mr T but they sent 6 packs instead of 8s. Wasn't listed in subs section so didn't notice straight awayHave fired off a little email and will see what they say. I suppose it's still less than a pound a pint which is pretty good and DH and his mate have already had a couple this evening. So much for me stocking up slowly for my summer party :rotfl:
Glad to hear things went as smoothly as possible for you 3Dogs :A I also find it sad that I only see most of my family at weddings and funerals. We always depart with promises to keep in touch more often but life always seems to get in the way
VT, I hope they get to the bottom of things soon. At least they are investigating things so hopefully not long before there are some answers and they can start to make her feel better. I'm sure the support of you being nearby will really help :A
Chin up fc :A

Excellent timing Savvy, I wanted to ask the expert a question - I know Mullers are 10 for £3 in Morries, what time today do you think would be 'safe' to buy them after yesterday's price collection (and I know it's not guarenteed so I promise I won't shout if they don't work :rotfl:)
Sorry just picked this up - not excellent timing after all (had already left yest. lunchtime).
Yesterday (Monday's) price collection - would buy on Tuesday evening (7 or 8pm?) but enter receipt on Wednes. evening. Unfortunately. As takes time to filter through and we don't know which ones they pick up and include in the multibuy - well done, if they are 10 for £3 once more, for beating me!
Wed collection = shop Thursday evening and enter on Friday.0 -
What's a DM in this context please?. I googled DM and the urban dictionary has some very strange explanations...especially No7:eek:
I remember when it was all the rage to be "doing a DM"...was I on the wrong track?:rotfl::rotfl:
A DM as in a DaveMorton :rotfl: I filled a page by myself one evening xCoupons = the only money we can legally print for ourselves:D
