Morning all
Lovely bright sunshine here too this morning
Baby seems a bit under the weather this morning. Didn't wake up til 8.30 so have had a chance to catch up on here after the big boys headed off for work/nursery. Have given him some Calpol and he's had all of his milk/breakfast so hopefully he perks up soon. He's off to my neighbour's later while I go for my hospital appt and I will be stuffed if he can't go there because he's poorly...:( Fingers tightly crossed that the Calpol does it's magic
Hope you are all doing ok SD, tinyshoes, izzy65, FloFlo, QPR, SFSB and 3dogs, :A
Good luck today with hospital app, we will be thinking about you ,hope baby picks up for you.0 -

pattylabelle wrote: »Right I have made a decision I am going to weightwatchers this week. I have a stone to lose and I am going to shift it. All the cheap chocolates have taken their toll. No amount of exercise with artha or frequent will shift it.
Don't want to do it online - what is the cheapest way of going to the meetings - I will do about 4 meetings and then do it by myself with the literature they give me. Did it years ago with super success but old points system. Any ideas lovelies? TIA
I do weight watchers and have done both points and pro points.
Just noticed this on the nectar site:-
